Why this exists

What's broken, and what we do instead

The apps you're on now

  • Women are outnumbered and flooded with attention.
  • Seeing who liked you costs a subscription.
  • You learn mid-conversation what someone actually wants.
  • Chats drift for weeks and never turn into a date.
  • “30 miles away” turns out to be 90.

Calling Card

  • Admission is balanced by who's looking for whom, so nobody is overwhelmed.
  • No subscriptions. Seeing likes is free for everyone.
  • Arrangements and intentions are declared before anyone says hello.
  • Conversations stay open by meeting, not by paying.
  • Honest distances. Verified members. Private photos.
The whole app in four words

Like. Match. Card. Meet.

LikeYour feed shows only people who fit your criteria and whose criteria you fit. Likes are free, and so is seeing who liked you.
MatchBoth liked each other. “You matched! Who's making the first move?” Either of you can send a card.
CardA personal note that references their profile, plus an optional plan: coffee Saturday, a spare concert ticket, a board-game night.
MeetTalk as much as you like, then meet in real life. The morning after, a 30-second private check-in builds everyone's reputation.
What we promise

Three things every member should feel

Clarity from the start

You know exactly who you're meeting

Everyone verifies with a live selfie and an ID check that we never show on your profile. Everyone says up front what they're looking for, from friendship to ENM and kink. Hard mismatches never reach your feed.

Never overwhelming

For women and for men

A few personal cards a week instead of hundreds of likes and pings. The people who reach out the most pay the most, whoever they are. Nobody ever pays to be seen.

Private by design

Your photos stay yours

Screenshots are blocked. Hidden location data is stripped from every photo. Blur your face until you choose to show it, one match at a time. Every image is traceable if it ever leaks.

Founding members

The first DMV members shape the app.

We're opening in waves, balanced by what people are looking for. The waitlist tells us who to let in first.

  • Friends who join from your link move you up the list.
  • Early members who bring in the most friends get a permanent Founding Member badge.
  • Once you're in, every friend you bring who gets admitted adds a free card to your deck.
  • Your answers above are the first version of the survey. Tell us what's missing.
Questions

Things people ask

Is this a hookup app?

No. It's an app for meeting people in real life, for whatever you're looking for. That includes dating, relationships, friendship, ethical non-monogamy, and kink, each as its own track with its own filters. You only see people who want what you want.

Is this a cheating app?

No. Partners link their profiles, and a confirmed partner link earns a badge and more trust. “Misrepresented relationship status” is a report reason, and it's taken seriously.

What does it cost?

Nothing to like, match, see who liked you, or message. Everyone gets a few free Calling Cards every week. If you want to reach out more than that, you buy more cards. No subscriptions, no tiers, no paying to be seen.

Why verify everyone?

Because the bad experience on other apps comes from not knowing who you're talking to. The ID check confirms age and identity, then we keep only the result and your birth date, never the ID image or selfie.

When does it launch?

Private beta for DMV members in early 2027, then the App Store and Google Play. Waitlist members get in first, in waves balanced by who's looking for whom.

Do I have to show my face?

Not on your profile. You need at least one photo, but you can blur your face and reveal it to one match at a time. Faces are shown to each other before a date is confirmed.
